Acting on behalf of our client, the Tenant, we negotiated the full and final settlement of the Terminal Dilaps on a variety of properties within their portfolio.

Bradley Mason were appointed to undertake a detailed Dilapidations appraisal of the sites to assist in developing a strategy in advance of Lease end. This also included defending a large claim made by the Landlord.

Bradley-Mason LLP were originally appointed by TJX UK to provide strategic Dilapidations advice regarding vacating their 180,000sq/ft Distribution Centre located near Castleford.

Perseverance was the key on this high street unit which the Agents advised had received a poor response from prospective new tenants.
