BSc (Hons) - Assistant Surveyor

Joel graduated from Leeds Metropolitan University in 2008 with a 1st class Honours in Building Surveying. During Joel\'s studies he gained valuable experience working as a planning consultant for a local surveying firm. Then later Joel started his own business, services included; producing architectural designs for extensions, basement conversions and acting as agent for clients in obtaining full planning permission and building regulations approval. Joel\'s business subsidised his university studies during his last two years at university. Since graduating Joel started working for Bradley Mason LLP in June 2008 and has been a committed member of the building consultancy team. He has gained excellent experience in project management, contract administration, planning, design and dilapidations. Joel is a qualified P402 asbestos surveyor and currently a member of RICS, Joel is working towards his APC which he is on target to achieve in 2011
