Our Services
Measured Survey – All schemes must commence with accurate plans of the subject building. Our team can undertake measured surveys in accordance with the new International Property Measurement Standards (IPMS). From which, we can produce detailed Computer Aided Drawings (CAD) and, if deemed suitable a Building Information Model (BIM). All documentation is produced on the latest software.
Feasibility Studies – Feasibility studies are undertaken in the very early stage of a project to assist in the decision making process of whether a project is feasible, identify the feasible options and assist in producing further documentation to support the business case.
Depending upon the scope of clients specific requirements, complexity and size of project, a feasibility study could entail.

Specification and Tender Documents
This is the preparation of a document which contains all the necessary information for prospective contractors to price the project. Depending upon the type of project and procurement route, this can include a specification, schedule of work, bill of quantities, preliminaries, preambles and drawings.
At Bradley-Mason LLP, we have strong relationship with specialist consultants, including mechanical and electrical, structural engineer, which we can engage and manage on your behalf as necessary to suit the project requirements.
