What is a Measured Building Survey?
With many years offering Measured Building Surveys to clients throughout the UK, Bradley-Mason LLP provides a complete range of measured building surveys including floor plans, roof plans and more. All work undertaken is carried out according to RICS Regulations and is completed to the highest possible quality standard to make sure that you have all the information you need.
Measured surveys are often required for compiling extremely accurate plans for a project. They are also necessary for reinstatement cost assessments so specific building dimensions can be obtained. We have extensive experience assisting clients throughout the UK and have previously worked on projects in Manchester, Sheffield, Leeds, Harrogate, Bristol and London to name a few.
Bradley Mason LLP’s project management division is headed up by Brendan Taylor BSc (Hons) MRICS. Brendan has vast experience in both project management and building design, having worked with clients on national roll out projects, he ensures projects run efficiently and accurately. With over 15 years experience he was previously an Associate at Colliers CRE before becoming a partner at Bradley Mason LLP.
