I recently used Bradley-Mason to carry out a schedule of condition for two commercial properties in the Bristol area. On both occasions, Sebrina communicated clearly in advance of her visit, and once on site carried out an extremely thorough and detailed survey. During each survey, issues were highlighted that might have otherwise gone un-noticed and ultimately resulted in a saving to our business. At the end of the surveys, I was debriefed and told what to expect next, along with the expected timeline. The reports that followed were clear and accurate with attention to detail.
